The mainstream is filled with lies, sentiments, fades, perception, and several shades of smokescreens, that it would erode you of TRUTH. And I am not a fan of it at all.
I can say this anywhere, anytime.
TRUTH, I’ve always said is not tested by its universal appeal or reject. Only a fact conforms to such definition.
Facts and standards of men are very subjective, with time and season they change, with the rise of the next bold idol, people would adopt a new one he/she brings to the table.
PR is good, branding is necessary, the media is not a total evil. But in the name of many things, individuals are beginning to loose touch of what is meant to be. And I get sick of it.
People lie, just to get what they want, people manipulate just to get what they want; they are that weak within. INFERIOR EXPRESSIONS are everywhere just because it sells.
Fame can be your motivation, I honestly won’t wrestle with you about that. However, I hate it when people mask their chase for fame under the disguise of some emotional cause. And the lie becomes the template for their branding and marketing.
The problem is that the lie doesn’t just end there; it spreads from the marketing and branding into all that they produce in terms of goods, services and even in thier deeds. This is because, you can’t prevent it from happening, more so because your intent dictates your attitude, priorities and actions.
NB: this applies to not just organisations but more to our daily human activities
We must know, that all our activities are in the end directly or indirectly affecting the lives of Delicately CREATED humans. The question you should ask yourself always is this, will the fruit of my intent be a blessing or nuisance.
I believe men misbehave because they lack understanding of WHO they are.
See, I know I am a voice, a relevant one for that matter, and it is my obligation not to mislead people who think I am a good enough example to follow, astray. Hence, I would not at anytime feel withdrawn to tell the truth.
Coming to this realisation has brought so much relief and peace to me, because it means I can be comfortable to do or say what is right when it appeals to the mainstream and when it does not.
We must be keen at checking the errors of men that have become the standard of society and not celebrate them.
TRUTH does not conform to the scale of universal acceptance or reject, our facts may, our preferences may, our values may. But not what true.
